PALMINCO, a company based in Poland, uses advanced ultrasonic systems to optimise processes in sewage treatment plants, biogas plants and industrial facilities.

In addition to the disintegration of biomass in sewage treatment and biogas plants, the systems are also used in industrial applications.

Existing and planned plants will achieve significantly higher gas yields in the digesters in a shorter time, without the need to make any changes to the plant itself.

The same applies to industrial wastewater, where contaminants need to be degraded.

Technical expertise

Ultrasound is a specialised technology. The expertise in this field stems from many years of research at Hamburg University of Technology.
The result is the outcome of research into the physical, chemical and biological effects of different types of ultrasound on aqueous media.
The research focused on enhancing biological degradation processes and anaerobic processes for the treatment of water, wastewater and biomass.

Every year, Germany manufactures a large number of ultrasound systems that are used all over the world.
We meet our customers’ high quality standards with state-of-the-art technology and superior craftsmanship.
The key components of the ultrasound systems are developed and manufactured in-house in our toolmaking department and in our generator and transducer production facilities.
